We want you to be happy with your product, if for any reason, you wish to return/ exchange an item purchased at full price from our website please contact us within 14 after arrival of your order. All returns have to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, if the product shows signs of being worn, washed or damaged we find ourselves on our right to not refund the return.
Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. Kindly ship your return package, in the same condition it was delivered to you, with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance because Armazém das Malhas is not responsible for lost returns. If you want to return using DPD/Chronopost please contact us and we can provide the return and then deduct from the refund.
